I tried to contact them about issues prior to my pick up of my property. They wouldn't answer any phone calls, or emails.

After speaking with Phyllis Ricci at 745.235.7854 she claimed that their phone lines were down for two week, so I asked about my emails going unread or no reply, she claimed that was part of the issue. They gave me a choice of storage facility near my home, and told me that I had access to my property and would be able to come and go as I wanted. They scammed me big time here and my attorney states after reading the other lawsuits that this case is easy because they show occurrences of such bad behavior and suits being filed. I have sent message to the NC Attorney general office and waiting to follow up with them.

I plan to speak to the local news channel and report them on their websites to warn all customers. The also falsified the dates when they responded and shared those falsified dates with the credit bureau which I believe is a misdemeanor or some type of charge according to my lawyer
